Welcome to Deep
Mountain. For the last 19 years we have been producing maple syrup
on our farm in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. You may enjoy our maple
syrup in any of the four Vermont maple syrup grades, from lightly
golden to dark, hearty and robust..We also make and sell maple candy,
maple sugar and ginger and raspberry maple syrup. Our farming operation
is entirely organic. Our syrup is made without pesticides, herbicides
or chemical fertilizers of any kind. We manage the forest in a way
that sustains it and our future as sugarmakers.
We have tried
to make this site educational, artistic and fun.. Please take the

and our involvement in New York City's Greenmarket
has led to our being featured in a number of specialty food books
and fine cookbooks. One even in Japanese. In addition Deep Mountain
Maple Syrup is used by the finest chefs in many New York City restaraunts
